The treaties are Convention on World Intellectual Propety Organisation (WIPO), The Budapest Treaty, Patent Cooperation Treaty, Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, and Trade Related aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) Agreement under the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
